Zucardo is an iPhone app for people who collect Pokémon and One Piece cards.
What it does
- Identifies the exact printing. Not just "Charizard" — which Charizard: base, reverse holo, 1st edition, promo. Almost all of the difference in value lives in that distinction, and it is the part that is easy to get wrong by eye.
- Shows both markets. A US dollar price and a Japanese yen price, side by side, drawn from real completed sales rather than what someone is asking.
- Remembers your collection. Mark what you own, keep a wishlist, and see them in one place.
Recognising the card happens on your phone
Identification runs entirely on the iPhone. The camera image is matched against a reference index bundled inside the app, so your card photo does not need to leave the device to be recognised.
Prices are fetched over the network, because prices change. That request asks about a card; it does not carry your picture.
If a scan gets it wrong, you can choose to send us the cropped image so we can fix it. That is a deliberate tap, never automatic — the Privacy Policy sets out exactly what it includes.
What it covers
English and Japanese printings of Pokémon and One Piece.
Nothing else, deliberately. A scanner that guesses outside what it actually knows is worse than one that admits it is unsure, so cards outside that scope are left unidentified rather than forced into a confident wrong answer.
